I created Jackie Lloyd Consulting because I know I have a gift to connect, hold space, and share with others the many lessons I have learned. Through my education, work experience, and as a Mother to three amazing grown children what could be better than making an impact for others?
I believe finding your true purpose, deeply understanding yourself, empowering people, and establishing respectful relationships are essential components to building strong, solid foundations that can withstand the many bumps along our journey of life.
My Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University has equipped me with the tools to translate theory into action—combining academic insight with real-life situations. Through ethical and confidential interviews, we uncover personal narratives, unproductive habits, and interconnected workplace dynamics that shape your organizational culture. I still call on my Cohort from RRU to collaborate and find logical creative solutions.
