Creating Jackie Lloyd Consulting was serendipitous. I was asked by a Law Firm to conduct a “Leadership Review,” and because I know I have a gift to connect, hold space, and compile data, the challenge was on. This opportunity led me to pursue more employment of this sort.
Throughout my workshops, finding one’s purpose, understanding our blind spots, and knowing if you’re empowering people are essential components to building a solid foundation.
My Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University has equipped me with the tools to translate theory into action—combining academic insight with real-life situations. Through ethical and confidential interviews, we uncover personal narratives, unproductive habits or systems, and learn why workplace dynamics shape culture.
