My Goal: to guide organizations and people
to reach their full potential.

I am curious and love to learn, so I’ve focused on studying what interests me most: people and leadership. My journey combines a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, 20+ years as a ski instructor, volunteer teaching opportunities at TRU, personal coaching, parenting three incredible children, and extensive organizational and volunteer work. These experiences have shaped my ability to foster trustworthy relationships and strengthened my connection with people.

When working with an organization, I share insights in an honest, kind, and caring way, empowering teams to collectively decide how to move forward based on newly discovered knowledge. I call it - “collective collaboration” on plans that resonate with the team, creating respectful relationships that harness strengths and effectively manage weaknesses.
