Creating Jackie Lloyd Consulting was serendipitous. I was asked by a friend to conduct a “Leadership Review,” and because I know I can connect, hold space, and compile data, the challenge was on. This opportunity led me to pursue additional projects.
Throughout my workshops, we empower people, which is an essential component of building a solid foundation.
My Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University has equipped me with the tools to translate theory into action—combining academic insight with real-life situations. Through ethical and confidential interviews, we uncover personal narratives, unproductive habits or systems, and learn why workplace dynamics shape culture.
